India's star player Hardik Pandya played an important role in helping Team India win the T20 World Cup this year. Now he will also have the responsibility of making India win the ICC Champions Trophy to be held next year. However, before this Hardik will need to prove himself in the ODI format. With this, he can be seen in the squad of Team India. Hardik has taken his steps in this direction. However, after returning to the ODI format after 14 months, Hardik has flopped in the very first match. Hardik could not do anything amazing with the bat and flopped miserably. Whereas the condition of his brother Krunal was also similar.

The same bowler dismissed 'Pandya Brothers' cheaply.

Recently Hardik Pandya participated in the domestic tournament Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. This tournament was played in T-20 format. Now Hardik Pandya is seen in Vijay Hazare Trophy. This tournament is being played in ODI format. Through this, Hardik made a comeback in 50 over format after 14 months. But his comeback was not successful. In a Vijay Hazare Trophy match being played between Baroda and Bengal, Hardik Pandya walked out after scoring only 1 run in 2 balls. He was dismissed by Bengal bowler Pradipta Pramanik.

In this match, not only Hardik Pandya failed to bring color with his bat, his elder brother Krunal Pandya's bat also remained silent. While Hardik scored only one run, Krunal was out for only 3 runs. The special thing was that Pradeepta, who dismissed Hardik, also hunted Krunal. Due to the flop performance of Hardik and Krunal, Baroda could not even play 50 overs and collapsed for 228 runs in the 49th over.

Hardik played his last ODI in October 2023

Hardik Pandya played his last ODI international match against Bangladesh on October 19 in the 2023 World Cup. Then he got hurt. After this he did not play any ODI match. However, now after 14 months, Hardik returned to the 50 over format through a domestic tournament. But this comeback was not successful.
