The Boxing Day Test will be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) from 26 December. The player who is being talked about the most before the start of this fourth Test of Border Gavaskar Trophy has not played a single international match yet. Australia's Sam Constas is certain to play in the Melbourne Test. This 19 year old player will make his international cricket debut against Team India in Melbourne. Before this, his captain Pat Cummins had given a tremendous guru mantra to Sam. Cummins has told Sam that he does not have to think much and enjoy the game.

Cummins' 'Guru Mantra' to Constance

Before the Melbourne Test, Cummins has given tremendous and important advice to 19-year-old Sam. During this, Cummins remembered his Test debut. Regarding Sam, who was on the verge of playing his first international match, he said, 'I recently told Sam that I remember when I was 18 years old, I was thinking that there was much less pressure on me because I was young. I was then thinking that if I could not perform well in that match, it would not have been my fault. It would have been the mistake of the selectors, who selected me in the team. You are very young and you are getting a chance to debut in a match like the Boxing Day Test. You have to enjoy this moment without thinking too much.

Play like you used to play when you were a kid

Cummins further said, 'During my debut, I spent some time wondering how I got the opportunity so soon. I just remember being very excited and this week is going to be the same for Sam. With a level of innocence you just want to go to the field and play, like you used to play in your childhood. Challenge the game and have fun and don't think about anything more than that.

Sam Constas scored a century in the practice match against India

19 year old Sam Constas has got a chance in place of Nathan McSweeney. McSweeney also made his debut in this series but he flopped after scoring only 72 runs in 6 innings. Now Constas will be seen playing in the opening in his place. Recently, while playing for Australia PM XI, he scored a century against India in a practice match.
