Team India's veteran bowler and vice-captain Jasprit Bumrah has wreaked havoc against the Australian batsmen in the Border Gavaskar Trophy. Bumrah has taken more than 20 wickets in three matches. At present, the world number 1 Test bowler Bumrah has troubled the Australian batsmen a lot. Even big legends of Australia are admirers of his bowling. However, before the fourth Test to be played in Melbourne, this veteran of Team India is being accused of illegal bowling action.
Before the Melbourne Test, a debate has erupted over Bumrah's bowling action. Australia's experienced cricket broadcaster Ian Morris has raised questions on his bowling action. He wrote on his X handle, 'Why did no one question the ball of Indian fast bowler Bumrah? Isn't that politically correct these days? I am not saying that he is throwing but at least the position of the hand at the time of delivery should be analyzed. He suggested that the position of Bumrah's arm should be closely observed when he delivers the ball.
Why has no one questioned the delivery of India paceman Bumrah? Is it not politically correct these days? I'm not saying he's throwing but at least the position of the arm at the point of delivery should be analyzed. Nine would have had it under the microscope some years ago

This is not the first time that questions have been raised on Bumrah's bowling action. Earlier, Bumrah had to face such things due to his unique action. When Bumrah bowled out Australia for 104 runs by taking five wickets in the first innings in the Perth Test, there was debate on social media regarding his bowling action.
