Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has decided to increase the salary of women cricketers. BCB has announced to increase the salary of its women cricketers from Grade A to Grade D. Let us tell you that the salary of Bangladeshi women cricketers will increase by 20 percent. The salary of women players of all grades will now increase by 20 percent more than before. BCB made this announcement on Saturday, December 21. Apart from this, different amounts will also be given for winning ODI and T-20 matches against different teams.

These cricketers will now get 1,20,000 BDT (Rs 85,651.66 in Indian currency) every month. Grade B includes Fahima Khatoon, Shamima Sultana, Sharmin Akhtar Supta, Murshida Khatoon, Marufa Akhtar and Rabeya. These players will now get 1,00,000 BDT (Rs 71,376.38) every month.Grade C players will now be given 70,000 BDT (Rs 49,963.47) every month, which include Shobhana Mostori, Lata Mondol, Jahanara Alam and Shoma Akhtar. If we talk about Grade D, Bangladesh Cricket Board will now give 60,000 BDT (Rs 42,825.83) every month to the players included in it.
The names of Disha Biswas, Sultana Khatoon, Dilara Akhtar and Shati Rani are in this list.Bangladesh women cricketers will now get Rs 35,688.19 for defeating teams ranked 1 to 3 in T-20 matches, Rs 24,981.73 for defeating teams ranked 4-6 and Rs 21,412.92 for winning matches against teams ranked 7-9. The same rule will apply in ODI also. Bangladesh women's cricket team will get the same amount if they win the ODI match against these teams. Usually the teams of Australia and India remain in the top-3 in the ICC rankings.
