IND VS AUS: Rain saves Australia, Gabba Test draw

Gaba test between India and Australia has been drawn. Due to rain on the fifth day, not much play could be played and the match ended in a draw. Australia had given India a target of 275 runs, in response Team India had scored 8 runs without losing any wicket. Then there was heavy rain in Brisbane and due to bad weather the match was drawn. At present the Test series is tied at 1-1 and now the next match will be played in Melbourne from 26th December.

Australia saved from rain?

There is no doubt that the Australian team was dominant in the entire match but on the fourth and last day, Team India showed an amazing game. Australia had given a target of only 275 runs to Team India which Team India could achieve. Team India had made a record of chasing the score of 328 runs on the same ground against Australia on the last tour. In such a situation, this time also it was difficult to chase this score.

Head and Bumrah dominated the match

Jasprit Bumrah performed brilliantly for the Indian team in the Gabba Test, he took 6 wickets in the first innings and 3 wickets in the second innings. He had 9 wickets in his name in the match. On behalf of Australia, Travis Head played an inning of 152 runs in the first innings, for which he was chosen player of the match. Apart from Head, Steve Smith played an inning of 101 runs in the first innings.
