First, KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja put Team India in a good position by scoring brilliant half centuries in the Gabba Test. After this, Team India's fast bowlers Akash Deep and Jasprit Bumrah made the work of Team India easy. However, both of them created ruckus not with the ball but with the bat. Along with this, Bumrah also answered the questions raised regarding his ability in batting within 24 hours. Along with this, Bumrah along with Akash Deep also saved Team India from the danger of follow on.
In response to Australia's 445 runs on the third day of the Gabba Test, Team India lost its first four wickets within fifty runs. The team was once again in danger of defeat. After the end of the third day's play, a journalist asked Bumrah in the press conference, 'What would you like to say about the batting of the Indian team. Although you are not the right person for this question but you are the vice-captain of the team. In such a situation, what do you think about batting?

Bumrah had given a funny answer to this question of the journalist. He said, 'What you have asked is a very interesting question. But you are doubting my batting ability. You should Google and see who has scored the most runs in an over in Tests. After this, during the fourth day's play, Bumrah responded with the bat also. When Team India's ninth wicket fell at the score of 213 runs, it needed 32 runs to save the follow on. During this, he also hit a sensational six to Australian captain Pat Cummins.
