Mumbai Cricket Association has taken formal steps to stop trolling.

According to the information received from the media, MCA has increased the security and the crowd will be kept under strict surveillance during the match. Anyone harassing or trolling Pandya will not be spared and will potentially be thrown out of the stadium. Still, the police have the big challenge of stopping Pandya's critics among the spectators ahead of Mumbai's first home match against Rajasthan Royals.

MCA has taken this step after the continuous defeat of Mumbai Indians under the captaincy of Hardik Pandya. Whoever comments or raises slogans against Hardik Pandya, the security will stop him and take him into custody.

The MI captain has not registered a win in IPL 2024. Many have questioned Pandya's captaincy after the defeat against Sunrisers Hyderabad as SRH batsmen scored 277 runs, which is now the highest score in IPL history.
