There was already a fierce fight going on between PCB and BCCI regarding Champions Trophy, now both the cricket boards have come face to face regarding IPL and PASL also. Taking a very shocking decision, the Pakistan Cricket Board has decided to conduct the Pakistan Super League in April-May. Meaning, Pakistan Cricket Board is going to compete directly with BCCI and the world's biggest cricket league, IPL. IPL is going to start from March 15 and this tournament will run till May 25, while PCB has announced that PSL 2025 will be organized from April 8 to May 19.

PCB made a plan of destruction

This decision of Pakistan Cricket Board can also become the reason for its ruin. That's because IPL is the biggest cricket league in the world. All the big cricketers of the world play in the IPL only, so if the PSL is organized at the same time as the IPL, then very few big names will be seen in that league, which can cause a big blow to the PSL teams and the broadcasters sponsoring them. PSL was usually played in January-February but this time it has been decided to organize this tournament during the time of IPL. Obviously this decision will not benefit the PCB.

Unsold players of IPL will play in PSL

There are media reports that players who were not sold in the IPL auction may appear in the Pakistan Super League. David Warner, Kane Williamson are big names among them. Players like Darrell Mitchell, Shay Hope, Alex Carey, Riley Rousseau, James Vince can also play there. Tabraiz Shamsi, Evin Lewis, Alzarri Joseph, Jason Holder, Chris Jordan can also play in PSL. Let us tell you that these names have not been sold in IPL this time.
