West Indies first bowled out Bangladesh for 227 runs in 46 overs and then registered a comfortable win by scoring 230 runs for three wickets in 36.5 overs.

This is the first time in the last 10 years that West Indies have won an ODI series from Bangladesh. It had won the first match played on the same ground on Sunday by five wickets. The third and final ODI will be played on the same ground on Thursday.

Bangladesh lost wickets at regular intervals after being invited to bat first. At one time his score was 115 runs for seven wickets. Mahmudullah (62) and Tanzeem Hasan Saqib (45) made a partnership of 92 runs from here to take the team to a respectable score. Opener Tanjid Hasan contributed 46 runs.
