In what has been the latest development as per the reports in Cricket Pakistan, it is learned that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has declined the hybrid model for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. This now paves the way for the International Cricket Council to move the tournament out of Pakistan.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) held a meeting related to the Champions Trophy 2025. It is learned that the hybrid model was proposed to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), but they decided against it as they are strong on their stance to host an entire event in Pakistan.
