Delhi Capitals (DC) have revamped their squad for the IPL 2025 season following an eventful mega auction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The franchise has built a well-rounded team, blending international superstars, experienced Indian players, and promising young talent.

Key signings and retentions

The Capitals’ headline acquisition is Indian batting maestro KL Rahulwho is expected to lead the team. The inclusion of England’s hard-hitting batter Harry Brook and Australian pace legend Mitchell Starc further bolsters the squad. South African veteran Faf du Plessisknown for his leadership and consistency, has also been roped in, adding depth to the batting lineup.
