On the second day, Indian fast bowlers Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Deepak Chahar, Akash Deep and Mukesh Kumar were in trouble.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar to RCB for Rs 10.75 crore and Deepak Chahar to Mumbai for Rs 9.25 crore.
As soon as the slots for bowlers were revealed on the second day of this mega auction, Bhuvneshwar Kumar was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore for Rs 10.75 crore. Apart from this, there was a huge bid for Deepak Chahar and this bowler was bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 9.25 crore.
Akash Deep and Mukesh Kumar got Rs 8 crore each
So after this, the franchise was also kind to Indian fast bowler Akash Deep. This fast bowler went straight from the base price of Rs 1 crore to Rs 8 crore and was bought by Lucknow Supergiants. After this Mukesh Kumar was also not left behind. Amidst the competition among the franchises regarding this bowler, Delhi Capitals snatched him from Punjab Kings for Rs 8 crore using RTM card and took him with them. The second day was entirely in the name of the bowlers.
