First there was a bidding war between Mumbai Indians and Lucknow Super Giants to buy Bhuvneshwar Kumar but in the end RCB won. Now RCB has got an excellent Indian fast bowler as a replacement for Mohammad Siraj.

RCB bought Bhuvneshwar Kumar for more than Rs 10 crore.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar's base price was Rs 2 crore and Mumbai Indians were the first to bid for him. After this, Lucknow Super Giants also took part in the bidding. There was a lot of competition between both the franchises to buy Bhuvneshwar Kumar. No team was ready to step back. After this, when the matter reached Rs 10 crore 50 lakh, RCB also came in between and bid Rs 10 crore 75 lakh and included Bhuvneshwar Kumar in their team.

Deepak Chahar becomes part of Mumbai Indians, Delhi used RTM for Mukesh Kumar

Mukesh Kumar was again included in their team by Delhi Capitals using RTM card for an amount of Rs 8 crore. Many teams showed interest in buying him but Delhi Capitals used RTM. While there was a fierce bidding war between Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians to buy fast bowler Deepak Chahar. There was a bidding war between the two teams for a long time. After this, Chennai Super Kings also bid for Deepak Chahar and due to this his figure kept increasing. However, Mumbai Indians were not ready to step back and that is why they finally included Deepak Chahar in their team for Rs 9 crore 25 lakh.

A very expensive bid was also received for Akashdeep, who has played test matches for India. There was a bidding war between Lucknow Super Giants and Punjab Kings to buy him. However, in the end Lucknow bought Akashdeep for Rs 8 crore.
