India vs Australia 1st Test Day 3 Highlights: In the first Test match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy being played against India at the Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia has lost 3 wickets for a total score of 12 runs in the second innings till the end of the third day's play. Host Australia still needs 522 runs to win. At the end of the day's play, Usman Khawaja remained unbeaten.

Shasvi scored 161 runs in 297 balls with the help of 15 fours and 3 sixes. Whereas Kohli played an unbeaten inning of 100 runs in 143 balls. In which 8 fours and 2 sixes were hit. Apart from this, KL Rahul contributed 77 runs in 176 balls.

For Australia, Nathan Lyon took 2 wickets, Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins and Mitchell Marsh took 1 wicket each.

It is noteworthy that after winning the toss and batting first, the Indian team scored 150 runs in the first innings. In response to which, host Australia was reduced to 104 runs and India got a significant lead of 46 runs.
