Delhi: After the retirement of former Team India captain and veteran wicketkeeper batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni, it seemed that India would hardly get a wicketkeeper like him again, but young Rishabh Pant has impressed everyone with his brilliant performance in the last few years. Seeing his excellent form, it feels like he can compensate for Dhoni's shortcomings to some extent.

When he was caught by Mitchell Starc off Harshit Rana during Australia's first innings, Rishabh Pant became the third wicketkeeper in the world to complete 100 dismissals behind the wicket in the ICC World Test Championship. Besides, he has also become the first Indian player to achieve this feat.

After him, Joshua de Silva of West Indies is at second place with 108 victims (103 catches and 5 stumpings).
