The left-handed batter was not out on 90 runs off 193 balls, with the help of 7 fours and 2 sixes. Rahul was batting on 60 runs off 153 deliveries, packed with 4 fours.

Pat Cummins and his men were thinking of putting India out of the contest after dismissing them for 150 runs. However, captain Jasprit Bumrah led from the front, taking five wickets. The hosts were bowled out for 104 runs.
