Gujarat Titans defeated Rajasthan Royals by 3 wickets to secure their third win in the Indian Premier League 2024. Chasing 197 runs to win, captain Shubman Gill led the charge with a fine fifty. Rahul Tewatia (22 off 11) and Rashid Khan (24 not out off 11 balls) won the game for their side.
Yuzvendra Chahal was the star performer with the ball, taking ttwo wickets wickets. He is now the Purple Cap holder.
Kuldeep Sen took three scalps for the 2008 champions.
Earlier, fifties by RR skipper Sanju Samson (68 not out) and Riyan Parag (76) took the hosts to 196/3 in 20 overs.
