Tremendous cricket action is going to start between India and Australia in the next few days. Everyone is waiting for this clash between two countries and everyone's eyes are fixed on its beginning. Just before this, injuries to star players have become a matter of concern. While Team India's star batsman Shubman Gill has been injured just before the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and has been ruled out of the Perth Test, KL Rahul has also got injured. Apart from all this, Australia has also suffered a shock because the team may have to take the field without its captain in the upcoming series. But this injury was not caused to Australian men's team captain Pat Cummins, but to women's team captain Alyssa Healy, who may be out of the series against India starting next week.

Out of WBBL, playing ODI series is also difficult

While the Test series between the men's teams of Australia and India is starting from November 22 in Perth, the ODI series between the women's teams is going to start in Brisbane from December 5. Just before this series, the team's star captain Alyssa Healy got injured in her left knee. Healy suffered this injury during the Women's Big Bash League, where she was already slowly recovering from a leg injury. However, on Saturday 16 November, her team Sydney Sixers issued a statement saying that Healy has suffered a knee injury, due to which she has been ruled out of the remaining matches of the tournament.

Although Healy's injury is not being said to be very serious and he will be examined in the next few days, but it seems difficult for him to play in the ODI series against India. The 3-match ODI series between India and Australia will start from December 5, after which Australia will also have to play against New Zealand. It seems difficult for Healy to play in both these series at the moment. The Australian team for the series against India may be announced by the end of next week.

Got injured in the World Cup too

In Healy's absence, star all-rounder Tahlia McGrath will take command of the team. Healy had earlier suffered a leg injury during the T20 World Cup. She was injured in the group stage match against Pakistan, due to which she could not play the last group match against New Zealand and then the semi-final against South Africa. At that time too, McGrath had taken command of the team but the Australian team had missed qualifying for the finals for the first time in many years.
