Pakistan cricket team is currently on tour to Australia. This tour started with the ODI series. Pakistan had won this series 2-1. But the Pakistani team could not repeat its performance in the three-match T20 series. Pakistan team has lost this series after losing the first two matches of the series. The second match of the series was played in Sydney. Pakistan team was a complete flop in this match. In the beginning of the match, the complete condition of the bowlers was seen and then the batsmen also disappointed a lot.

Pakistan lost T20 series

The Australian team won the toss in this match and decided to bat first. The openers also proved this decision of the captain right. The team had a great start with Matthew Short and Jake Fraser-McGurk adding 50 runs in the first 19 balls. But after this, Pakistan's bowlers made a comeback in the match, due to which Australia team could score only 147 runs at the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs.

Matthew Short scored the highest 32 runs. Whereas, Aaron Hardy contributed 28 runs, Glenn Maxwell contributed 21 runs and Jake Fraser-McGurk contributed 20 runs. Haris Rauf took maximum 4 wickets for Pakistan. Abbas Afridi also got 3 wickets and Sufiyan Muqeem took 2 wickets.

Babar-Rizwan sank the fleet

Pakistan had a very bad start in reply to the target of 148 runs. Openers Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam were complete flops. Babar was out after scoring 3 runs on 3 balls and Rizwan could score only 16 runs on 26 balls. The surprising thing was that Pakistan did not hit a single four with the bat in the first 6 overs of powerplay. Although Usman Khan tried to get the team back, but Pakistan team was all out after scoring 134 runs in 19.4 overs.

Usman Khan scored the maximum 52 runs for Pakistan. Whereas, Irfan Khan remained unbeaten after scoring 37 runs, but could not lead the team to victory. Apart from these, all the batsmen were complete flops. At the same time, Spencer Johnson bowled amazingly for Australia, he took a total of 5 wickets. Apart from them, Adam Zampa took 2 wickets and Xavier Bartlett took 1 wicket.
