Young all-rounder Ramandeep Singh has got a chance to debut in the third match of the T20 series against South Africa. 27 year old Ramandeep Singh represents Punjab in domestic cricket. He has been a part of Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL. Last season, he had performed amazingly for Kolkata Knight Riders, this season KKR's mentor was Gautam Gambhir. Now under the coaching of Gautam Gambhir, he has also been successful in debuting for Team India.

Ramandeep Singh has so far played four first class, 23 List A and 57 T20 matches. During this period he has scored 167 runs in first class. In List A, he has scored 397 runs and also taken 6 wickets. In T20 cricket, he has so far scored 544 runs and has also taken 16 wickets. At the same time, in IPL so far he has scored 170 runs in 20 matches and has taken six wickets in his name. Of these, he scored 125 runs while playing for Kolkata Knight Riders in the last season.
