Latest News :- The BJP has filed a complaint with the Election Commission alleging that Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and party national president Mallikarjun Kharge violated election conduct rules during campaign public meetings in Maharashtra ahead of the assembly elections. Besides, a request has also been made to register a case against both of them. The party continues to violate election laws and norms of conduct.

The Congress party is making false allegations that the BJP and the RSS are working together to destroy the Constitution, and that top posts in universities are being given only on the basis of RSS membership and other qualifications are being ignored. Therefore, along with banning the Congress Party from making such baseless lobbying, a case should be registered against Kharge and Rahul. The Congress party has accused BJP of running a malicious communal campaign in Maharashtra and Jharkhand. The party further said that BJP is carrying out communal propaganda through election rallies and advertisements in Maharashtra and Jharkhand. In this regard, the Election Commission accepted the complaint filed by the Congress against the party and ordered to register a case. The Election Commission has also been requested to ban BJP from campaigning if such communal advertisements continue in future.
