A mysterious man who spoke to Bandra Police Station in Mumbai on the 7th said that he was outside Shahrukh Khan's residence in Mumbai and threatened to kill him if he did not pay Rs 50 lakh. After this, Mumbai Police along with Cyber ​​Crime Unit registered the case and investigated. They found that the threatening call had come from the phone number of a person named Faisal Khan from Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

After this, Mumbai Police reached Raipur and arrested Faisal Khan, who had threatened to kill Shahrukh Khan, from his house. Lawyer Faisal Khan said that he did not give any threat to Shahrukh Khan and his mobile phone was stolen on the 2nd. He also claimed that the threats he was receiving from his phone were a big conspiracy against him.

He also told that he has lodged a complaint with the police after his phone was stolen. Faisal Khan had reportedly raised concerns with the Mumbai Police about the presence of a dialogue about deer hunting in Shah Rukh Khan's 1994 film Anjaam. Keeping his background in mind, the police interrogated him and later arrested him.

On October 30, actor Salman Khan was also given a similar death threat. Then a bond of Rs 2 crore was asked from him. Police have arrested a 20-year-old youth from Noida for threatening to kill NCP MLA Zeeshan Siddiqui, son of actors Salman Khan and Baba Siddiqui. The accused was identified as Muhammad Tayyab or Gurfan Khan. He was arrested from Sector 39 of Noida.
