Notice to Dhoni in fraud case, court gave this order, know what is the whole controversy?

Jharkhand High Court has issued notice to Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The former captain of Team India received this notice on November 12, in which he has been ordered to present his side in the fraud case. Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Das, former partners of Dhoni, are investors in Arka Sports and Management Limited. Dhoni has filed a case of fraud against him. Dhoni had filed this case on January 5. Mihir and Soumya had also filed a petition against the same complaint of Dhoni, which was heard on 12 November.

The hearing in this case took place in the court of Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi. After the completion of the hearing, a notice was sent to Dhoni to present his side, in which he has been ordered to appear and present his side.
