He claims that this event has been happening on the basis of culture for many years. Sometimes buffaloes die. Buffalo fighting was banned 4 years ago due to complaints. However, the event has been held again this year despite the restrictions. The owners of the buffaloes paid and raced. Several lakh rupees have been found in it. In this regard, PFA founder Maneka Gandhi has filed a complaint with the Bareilly District Collector on behalf of 'People Bar Animals' (PFA). A case has been immediately registered in the concerned military quarter police station. A committee has been formed under the chairmanship of the Chief Forest Officer and investigation into the complaint has been started.

In the name of culture, various types of programs are organized after Diwali in UP, Rajasthan and MP. There is also a program organized in various states in which people run over cows and defecate under them. Then the cows get injured by stepping on their own feet. With this they feel happy that their sins have been atoned for.
