Chennai: In what could be called as a big setback for the defending champions Chennai Super Kings, pace bowler Deepak Chahar has been ruled out for the game against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Chepauk on Monday. Ruturaj Gaikwad, the captain of CSK, confirmed that Chahar has picked up a niggle and that is the reason why he was not available for selection. Chahar, with the new ball, has been consistent and been an asset for the CSK side. He also has a lot of experience of playing at the Chepauk and that would have helped.
