Former Indian wrestler Sakshi Malik has made many big revelations in her auto-biography book Witness. He is currently in a lot of discussions regarding his book. In this book, he has made serious allegations against Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia. Sakshi Malik, along with Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia, had protested against former WFI president Brij Bhushan Singh last year. During this, he had made serious allegations against Brij Bhushan Singh like sexual exploitation.

Sakshi Malik's big allegation against Vinesh and Bajrang

Sakshi Malik has written in her book that Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia's decision to opt out of the Asian Games trials last year affected the image of her protest against Brij Bhushan Singh as it made the campaign look selfish. According to Sakshi, during the demonstration, the people present around Vinesh and Bajrang started filling their ears. Due to this, greed overpowered them and both of them accepted the decision of the ad-hoc committee. Now Vinesh Phogat has given a big statement breaking her silence on this allegation.

Vinesh Phogat's counterattack on serious allegations

Star wrestler and Congress MLA Vinesh Phogat has expressed disagreement with Sakshi Malik's claims. Vinesh told PTI, 'This is her personal opinion. I don't agree with this. As long as I am not weak, the fight cannot be weak. This is my belief. As long as Sakshi, Vinesh and Bajrang are alive, this fight cannot weaken. He further said, 'Those who want to win should never be weak. They should always fight bravely on the field. For this it is necessary to be tough and face challenges. We are ready to fight.

Let us tell you, these three had accused former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan of sexual harassment of female wrestlers during his tenure and the case is going on in a Delhi court. After the suspension of the WFI, the ad-hoc committee that started looking after wrestling had given exemption to Bajrang and Vinesh for the 2023 Asian Games trials, but Sakshi had decided not to do so despite the suggestion of her colleagues. Due to which Sakshi could not participate in the Asian Games, Vinesh got injured before the Games and Bajrang failed to win a medal.
