No other side has ever done it in the last 147 years. So many years of Test cricket, but not a single one where a team cleared the boundary 100 times. Now that is a big deal! India already have the most sixes this year and will look to add more before 2024 ends. There is the remainder of this game, the two more Tests of this series and four out of the five Tests in Australia. After the first day was washed out, India collapsed for 46, their lowest Test score on home soil, on the second day. New Zealand responded by amassing 402 and leading by 356. India finished the third day on 231/3. Rohit made a brilliant 58 while Kohli returned to form with 70. But it was Sarfaraz Khan who was the star with his maiden Test ton early on the fourth morning. India have never lost a Test series at home since 2012. New Zealand have never won a Test in India since 1988. It remains to be seen who is left standing when this game comes to an end.
