Will Shreyas Iyer be named in India A squad for Australia tour? Shreyas Iyer has hit a timely hundred but will it be enough to grab the attention of the selectors who are expected to announce India A squad for two unofficial Test matches against Australia A soon. The first four-day match will be played in Mackay from October 31, while the second one will start in Melbourne from November. Shreyas Iyer is facing competition from Baba Indrajith, Devdutt Padikkal, and Ricky Bhui for a spot in the middle-order. The likes of Ishan Kishan and Abishek Porel are also likely to find a place in the India A squad. Iyer made a bright start to his Test career with a hundred in the debut match against New Zealand, but the performance dipped later.
