Delhi: Pakistan defeated England by 152 runs in the second test match and leveled the three-match test series at 1-1. England won the first match by an innings and 47 runs. This is Pakistan's first Test win at home since 2021, when they defeated South Africa.

Batting first, Pakistan scored 366 runs, in which Kamran Ghulam played a brilliant century of 118 runs. In reply, England were reduced to 291 runs, in which Ben Duckett scored the highest run of 114 runs. Sajid Khan took 7 wickets for Pakistan. In the second innings, Pakistan was all out after scoring 221 runs and set a target of 297 runs for England. The England team collapsed for 144 runs, due to which Pakistan won the match by 152 runs.

Kamran played an innings of 118 runs in his first test match. He made a partnership of 149 runs with Saim Ayyub for the third wicket. Ghulam was included in the team in place of Babar Azam.

At the same time, for England, Ben Duckett completed his fourth Test century by scoring 114 runs in 129 balls. This was his second century innings against the Pakistani team.

Noman Ali and Sajid Khan made a great record

Star off-spinner Sajid Khan took 7 wickets for 111 runs in the first innings, which was the second 5 wicket haul of his career. Noman Ali took 8 wickets for 46 runs in the second innings. Both the spinners together took all 20 wickets in both the innings of England. With this, Noman made the record of best bowling in Multan. Earlier, this record was made by Sajid in the first innings of this test, when he took 7 wickets.
