Bangladesh has announced its team for the two-Test series against South Africa. The big news from Bangladesh team is that Shakib Al Hasan has also got a chance in the squad. The first match will be played in Dhaka from 21st October and this will be the last Test match of Shakib's career. However, the question here is whether Shakib Al Hasan will step on the soil of Bangladesh? Will he go to Bangladesh to play the last Test of his career? Because believe it or not, Bangladesh no longer seems safe for Shakib Al Hasan.
A case of murder is registered against Shakib Al Hasan in Bangladesh. One person was killed in the violence that broke out after the overthrow of Sheikh Hasina government, in which Shakib Al Hasan was also booked for murder. Now if Shakib goes to Bangladesh, he may be arrested. Although Bangladesh Cricket Board officials have assured him that he will not be arrested, it will be interesting to see whether Shakib will believe in this promise. There are also reports that Shakib Al Hasan may reach Dhaka on Thursday.
