Delhi: Under the captaincy of Suryakumar Yadav, Team India is writing a new chapter in T20 international cricket. India has achieved an unassailable 2-0 lead in the ongoing three-match T20I series against Bangladesh. In the first T20 match, India defeated Bangladesh by 7 wickets, while in the second match it registered a big win by 86 runs. In this match, Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bowl first, which proved to be correct in the initial overs. During the powerplay, the top three batsmen of the Indian team had returned to the pavilion for just 41 runs, due to which the team was looking in trouble.

However, after this the host batsmen made a brilliant comeback and the team scored a big score. India also made a unique record in this match, which happened for the first time in the 92 year history of cricket. Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav made seven bowlers bowl in this match, which included Arshdeep Singh, Nitish Reddy, Washington Sundar, Varun Chakraborty, Ryan Parag and Abhishek Sharma. The special thing was that all these bowlers took at least one wicket each.

This feat happened for the first time since 1992

This is the first time in the 92-year history of Indian cricket that seven bowlers bowled in an innings in any format and all took one wicket. Team India played its first international match in 1932, but this feat had never been achieved till date. This has happened only four times in Test cricket and 10 times in ODI, whereas India has become the fourth team to do so in T20 cricket.
