The Multan Test pitch has truly proved to be a graveyard for bowlers. In the first innings, Pakistan crossed the mark of 556 runs and after this England also scored more than 650 runs in their first innings. On one hand, three Pakistani batsmen scored centuries, while on the other hand, two English batsmen Joe Root and Harry Brook scored double centuries. Now, what would we say if a player drops a catch on such a pitch? Babar Azam did something similar. On the fourth day of Multan Test, Babar Azam dropped a simple catch of Joe Root and because of his mistake, Joe Root scored a double century.
Babar Azam took the catch of Joe Root on the ball of Naseem Shah. Root played a pull shot on Naseem's short ball and Babar Azam standing at short mid-wicket could not catch the ball which came straight into his hand. Naseem Shah was disappointed after seeing Babar's poor fielding. When Babar dropped the catch of Root, he was playing on 186 runs. After this mistake of Babar, he not only scored a double century and also reached the score of more than 250.

When Babar Azam dropped Root's catch, the fans of Pakistani team started trolling him badly. Actually, Babar Azam is neither able to score runs nor is his fielding going well. Recently Babar has also left the captaincy of ODI and T20 team.
Nothing is going in Babar Azam's favor. His poor form with the bat continues, and now he has dropped an easy catch. pic.twitter.com/FMxygQgPqP

Pakistan Cricket Board has once again come under target. Once again such a pitch has been made in which there is nothing for the bowlers. Pakistan had made similar flat pitches in the last series against England and now the same has been seen again in Multan.
