India's famous industrialist Ratan Tata passed away late on Wednesday night. He breathed his last at the age of 86. Ratan Tata was ill for the last few days, due to which he was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. There is a wave of mourning across the country due to his death. Many players from the sports world including Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief over this. India's T20 team captain Suryakumar Yadav expressed his grief and said that 'an era has ended.' Apart from him, many veteran cricketers including Virender Sehwag, Shikhar Dhawan and Harbhajan Singh paid tribute to Ratan Tata.
Paris Olympics silver medalist Neeraj Chopra expressed his grief over the demise of Ratan Tata. He looked quite emotional and said that Ratan Tata was a visionary and he would never forget the conversation he had with him. Whereas Indian team's veteran player Virender Sehwag called him a true Bharat Ratna and said that his life is very inspiring for everyone. Recently retired Shikhar Dhawan prayed for peace of Ratan Tata's soul.
