He said, 'RCB is a franchise that takes good care of its players. There is no doubt about it, but for some reason the results do not come. He has come very close to winning the trophy many times, which many people are not aware of. Like he played the final in 2009, 2011 and 2016 too.

Parthiv Patel further said, 'RCB played two finals in which they could have won. They lost the 2009 final by four or five runs and the same was the case in the 2016 final. Even though SRH had scored 200 runs then, till the 11th and 12th overs it seemed that RCB would win. In that match, Ben Cutting had scored runs for Hyderabad. The same thing means that you also need luck. On the other side is Mumbai Indians who have won the final twice by one run each.
