This news has come only 5 days before the start of Ranji Trophy season, the first phase of which will start from October 11. If Umran remains out of the field for 6 weeks, he will not be able to play in the first 5 matches of the group stage of the tournament.

This time Ranji Trophy will be organized in two phases. The first phase will start from October 11 and end on November 13, while the second phase will start from January 23. Jammu and Kashmir team and Umran hope that they will be able to participate in the matches to be held from January.
