5 Players CSK Could Retain IPL 2025: Before the mega auction of IPL 2025, BCCI has announced the retention policy. All franchises will have the option to retain a maximum of 6 players for IPL 2025. However, if a franchise retains all its 6 players then it will not get the Right to Match card in the mega auction. At the same time, in these 6 retentions, there can be maximum 5 capped and maximum 2 uncapped players.
Before the IPL auction, let us tell you which 5 players the Chennai Super Kings team can retain. This time the cards of players like Devon Conway, Shardul Thakur and Deepak Chahar may be cut.
5.Shivam Dubey (RTM)
Chennai Super Kings can use RTM card for young all-rounder player Shivam Dubey. Shivam Dubey had shown a great performance for CSK during IPL 2024. He had excellent hitting and that is why he can be retained again.
4.MS Dhoni
