Due to which CSK can now retain 43 year old Dhoni. Dhoni stepped down from the captaincy of the CSK team in IPL 2024 and played as a wicketkeeper batsman. However, Ajay Jadeja has given a big statement on which more players the CSK team can retain.

Let us tell you that, while talking on Jio Cinema, former player Ajay Jadeja said, “There is definitely MS Dhoni in the retained list. It doesn't have any message. Because first of all he has become an uncapped player now and he has shown over the years that he has no desire to be No. 1 or No. 2 to make a place in the team.”

Jadeja further said, “So there is no doubt on that value. Captain Ruturaj Gaikwad had a good year. So you will want to maintain them as well. You cannot leave Ravindra Jadeja. I am not talking about Rachin Ravindra. I am talking about Ravindra Jadeja. I think these three are perfect for him.”

Ajay Jadeja further said, “You would not want to leave Matisha Pathirana. I am looking at him as one of the overseas players. You don't like players because of money. Rather it has to be maintained because of his style.
