BCCI Secretary Jay Shah, along with Board President Roger Binny, has inaugurated the new National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. Now it will be known as BCCI Center of Excellence. The new NCA will be equipped with world class facilities. Earlier, NCA was operated from Chinnaswamy Stadium, which was built in the year 2000. Now it has been shifted near Kempegowda International Stadium. It is spread over 40 acres, where 3 grounds and 86 pitches have been prepared. All three grounds have been designed on the lines of English county grounds.
