Whereas in IPL he is a part of Sunrisers Hyderabad. He was seen playing for India B team in the recently concluded Duleep Trophy.

Nitish Reddy, who made his first class debut in 2020, has scored 627 runs and taken 54 wickets in the 20 matches played so far. His List A and T20 debut was in the year 2021. In the domestic T20, Nitish Reddy has so far scored 395 runs apart from taking 3 wickets in 20 matches. Out of these, he scored 303 runs in 13 matches played in IPL 2024, where he hit more sixes than fours. In IPL 2024, Nitish Reddy has so far hit a total of 21 sixes against 15 fours.
