The mega auction for the next season of the Indian Premier League is going to be more exciting than before. Players' earnings are going to increase in the mega auction. Many players are going to become millionaires. This is going to happen because the Board of Control for Cricket in India has decided the rules of player retention for the IPL mega auction. In the IPL Governing Council meeting held in Bengaluru, BCCI officials have announced to increase the number of players to be retained from 4 to 5 as per the expectations and demands of the franchises. Along with this, the 'Right to Match' (RTM) rule is also going to return once again. But to retain these 5 players, the franchise will have to spend a huge amount.
