Team India: After the ongoing Test series against Bangladesh, Team India has to participate in the T20 series. The T20 series will start from October 6 at Madhavrao Scindia Stadium in Gwalior. This is the first time in the last decade that Team India will play an international match on the ground of Gwalior.

For the T20 match to be held at Gwalior ground, the selection committee can announce the playing 11 instead of the team squad. This may happen because just before the first T20 match, Irani Cup 2024 matches will be played in which many star players of Team India will be seen playing. Due to which the selection committee can announce the playing 11 instead of the team squad.

Suryakumar Yadav can become the captain of the team

The selection committee can give the responsibility of captaining Team India for the Bangladesh T20 series to the most veteran T20 batsman of the Indian team, SuryaKumar Yadav. Suryakumar Yadav had earlier led Team India to a 3-0 victory under his captaincy in the T20 series held on the Sri Lanka tour. After which it has been decided that now Suryakumar Yadav will be seen captaining Team India till T20 World Cup 2026.

9 players will get a chance in the playing 11 of Team India

In the playing 11 of the first match between Team India and Bangladesh (IND VS BAN), the selection committee can give a chance to not 4-5 but 9 batsmen. In the list of these 9 batsmen, Abhishek Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Rishabh Pant, Tilak Verma, Shivam Dubey, Hardik Pandya, Akshar Patel, Washington Sundar, Akshar Patel may get a chance. By giving opportunity to these 9 batsmen, the selection committee wants to balance the playing 11 of Team India.
