Young Indian opener Yashasvi Jaiswal has made a big record in Test cricket. The left-handed batsman has scored the most runs in 10 matches for India. He has left Sunil Gavaskar behind in this matter. Jaiswal played innings of 56 (118) and 10 (17) runs in the first Test match being played against Bangladesh.

After two innings, Yashasvi now has 1,094 runs in his first 10 Test matches. Among Indians, he is ahead of Sunil Gavaskar (978) and Vinod Kambli (937). He is also fourth in the list of highest run scorers after 10 matches in Test cricket history. Don Bradman is at the top with 1446 runs.
