Delhi : Afghanistan has to play a three-match ODI series against South Africa. The Afghanistan Cricket Board has announced its team for this ODI series on 12 September. However, Ibrahim Zadran is not included in the Afghanistan team, who is currently injured and due to this he has been excluded from the upcoming ODI series.

Apart from this, Mujeeb Ur Rahman has also not got a place in the team, while some new and returning talents have got a chance in this series. Darvesh Rasouli has returned to the Afghanistan team, who has played 7 T20 matches for Afghanistan and scored 51 runs. Along with this, Abdul Malik, who played two Test matches, has also returned to the team.

Rashid Khan has also returned in the upcoming ODI series. Rashid Khan could not participate in the last ODI series against Ireland, but he is ready to perform brilliantly against South Africa.
