One is Rishabh Pant and the other is Shubman Gill. Both have been captains in the IPL and have also captained India. I think when the time comes, both of them can get a chance to become India's all-format captain.

Shubman Gill is the vice-captain of the ODI and T20 team

Rishabh Pant is the captain of Delhi Capitals in IPL and returned to the field in IPL 2024 after a road accident. After this, he also played in the T20 World Cup 2024. On the other hand, Shubman Gill was made the captain of Gujarat Titans after Hardik Pandya joined Mumbai Indians.
