Knight Riders' wicket-keeper Rahmanullah Gurbaz won the hearts of the fans on Friday (March 22) when the Afghan international cricketer was seen interacting with the fans during a practice session at the Eden Garden in Kolkata.

Fans took to Twitter to praise Gurbaz for gifting his gloves to a young fan while also interacting with an elderly woman, who came to watch Kolkata Knight Riders' players train for a session open for fans to watch. We take a look at some of the fans' reactions on Twitter.   A fan who came to the Eden Garden Stadium to meet the KKR players was greeted cordially by Gurbaz. The opening batter took some time to speak with the fan despite being deep in practice. Gurbaz fulfilled the fan's request for gloves by giving him his own. The Afghanistani batter did not let the fan down. Other fans took selfies with Gurabaz, and the little fan appeared overjoyed with his present. But this was not the first time Gurbaz had shown off his modesty. The youthful prodigy gave money to Ahmedabad's homeless population during the October and November ODI World Cup in India. He kept cash in plain sight next to the street-dwelling homeless folks. "We are all humans, so we should help each other. In our country, there's so much poverty, and I was also poor. I didn't have even 10 rupees with me at one point in time... Didn't have enough money for my bat and gloves," Gurbaz told the Telegraph online. "But when you achieve something and are in a position to help people, then you should. So, I always try to help others and make them happy. That's what my life is about. Because, we all know this life could be over any day." "For me, this is like an examination which I have to pass well and ensure others too are able to clear it.
