Taskin Ahmed was the second most successful bowler with 3 wickets. In reply, Bangladesh scored 262 runs in their first innings. Khurram Shahzad was the most successful bowler for Pakistan in the first innings, taking 6 wickets.

Pakistan could score only 172 runs in the second innings after taking a lead of 14 runs in the first innings. This time the fast bowlers of Bangladesh did not let them cross the 200 run barrier. This was the first time when all 10 wickets in an innings of Test cricket were taken by the fast bowlers of Bangladesh together. In the second innings, Hasan Mahmud took 5 wickets, Naved Rana took 4 wickets and Taskin Ahmed took 1 wicket for Bangladesh.
