Ayush Badoni: Recently, a match was played between North Delhi Strikers and South Delhi Superstars in the Delhi Premier League (DPL). In this match, South Delhi Superstars captain Ayush Badoni scored 165 runs while captaining his team.

Till now there have been only a few batsmen in T20 cricket who have crossed the mark of more than 150 in an innings and now Ayush Badoni has joined the list of those select players. Meanwhile, some media reports are also claiming that Ayush Badoni may soon get a chance to debut in the Bangladesh T20 series.

Ayush Badoni played an innings of 165 runs facing just 55 balls in the match against North Delhi Strikers in the Delhi Premier League. In this innings, Ayush Badoni scored 146 runs in just 27 balls on the basis of boundaries with the help of 19 sixes and 8 fours. Seeing the way Ayush Badoni batted, cricket fans were reminded of Chris Gayle. Ayush Badoni hit some such skyscraper sixes in his innings which were quite visible.

With the help of Ayush Badoni, South Delhi Superstars scored 308 runs

Playing for South Delhi Superstars in this match, Ayush Badoni scored 165 runs and Priyansh Arya scored 120 runs. Talking about Priyansh Arya, he also hit 6 sixes in 6 balls off North Delhi Strikers bowler Manan Bhardwaj in the 12th over of the innings.

Ayush Badoni and Priyansh Arya, playing for South Delhi Superstars, shared a partnership of 286 runs which is the biggest innings in the history of T20 cricket till date. With the help of the innings of those two star players, the team of South Delhi Superstars achieved a score of 308 runs in their innings.

Ayush Badoni may get a chance in Bangladesh T20 series

Ayush Badoni, who recently played an innings of 165 runs in a match of Delhi Premier League (DPL), can be given a chance by the selection committee in Team India's squad for the Bangladesh T20 series starting from October 6. The selection committee can also take such a decision because Team India will get the option of a good middle order batsman as well as a part-time spin bowler in the form of Ayush Badoni.
