Delhi : West Indies defeated South Africa by 30 runs in the second T20 match and took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series. In the first match too, Windies had won by 7 wickets, and now they have achieved the feat of winning the T20 series against the African team for the third consecutive time.

In the second T20 match, West Indies scored 179 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs after being invited to bat first. In this match, Shai Hope played a brilliant innings of 41 runs, while captain Rovman Powell contributed 35 runs. In the end, Sharfane Rutherford scored 29 runs in 18 balls, which included three fours and two sixes. Due to these excellent innings, West Indies was able to reach a respectable score.

Ryan Rickelton and Reeza Hendricks gave a good start for South Africa, where Rickelton scored 20 runs and Hendricks scored 44 runs. However, after the dismissal of these two, the rest of the batsmen could not perform effectively.
