Former wicketkeeper batsman of Team India Dinesh Karthik remains in the headlines. Recently, he had selected India's all-time all format playing XI team. After which he came under the target of the fans. The reason behind this was that he did not include the great captain MS Dhoni in his selected India's all-time all format playing XI. Seeing the issue growing, Dinesh Karthik has given his clarification and also apologized.

Dinesh Karthik made this big mistake

Dinesh Karthik has clarified on this issue that he had made a big mistake, due to which he could not include MS Dhoni in this team. Dinesh Karthik said, 'Brothers, a big mistake has been made, it was really a mistake. I realized this when this matter came to me. When I prepared the list of 11 players, so many things were happening that I forgot the wicketkeeper. At the same time, Rahul Dravid was in the team and everyone thought that I was going with a part-time wicketkeeper, but in reality I did not choose Rahul Dravid as a wicketkeeper. Can you believe that being a wicketkeeper, I forgot to keep a wicketkeeper? This is a very big mistake.

Dinesh Karthik further said, 'It is clear to me that Thala Dhoni can play in any format not only in India but anywhere. I think he is one of the greatest cricketers ever. If I have to make a change in that team, I will make one change, I will put Thala Dhoni at number 7 and he will be the captain of any Indian team.'

Dinesh Karthik's all-time India XI

Dinesh Karthik had chosen Virender Sehwag and Rohit Sharma as openers in his All Time India XI. After this, he had placed Rahul Dravid at number three, Sachin Tendulkar at number 4 and Virat Kohli at number 5. After this, he had placed Yuvraj Singh at number 6 and Ravindra Jadeja at number 7. But now he has included Dhoni at number 7. Apart from this, he had placed Ravichandran Ashwin, Anil Kumble, Jaspreet Bumrah and Zaheer Khan in his team. Apart from this, he had chosen Harbhajan Singh as the 12th player.
