New Zealand women’s cricketer Xara Jetly has opened up about her dream with Virat Kohli. The former India captain is one of the most followed cricketers in the world.
Jetly recently appeared on the Fine Legs—The Cricket Podcast. She spoke about her dream of clicking a picture with Virat and sharing the photo on Instagram.
“I want to bowl to Virat Kohli, take a photo with him, and put it on Instagram. That is my goal,” she said.
Xara Jetly, who hasn’t played international cricket yet, was asked to name one male and female cricketer whom she would like to bowl.
She was quick to name Virat Kohli as the men’s cricketer but failed to give any name when it came to the women’s cricketer.She has played 45 Lisa A matches and taken 54 wickets. In 44 T20 games, she has dismissed 38 batters.
Virat Kohli will play in the next two-Test series against Bangladesh. He is currently on an extended break after competing in the ODI series against Sri Lanka.
